The Dice Brothers completed this building in 1912. It was the third brick building erected in Eagle. The First National Bank of Eagle immediately moved in to the north part. Cyrus Dice, at right, and an unidentified man riding horseback at Brush Creek. Cyrus Dice ranched on Brush Creek for many years, moving to Eagle when he retired. He was married to Anna Norman until her death in 1949, and was then married to Imogene Lewis in 1957.
