The original hose cart for the Gypsum fire department. Hydrant pipe is on the right. The hose cart was used until 1941, when the town of Gypsum bought a 1929 American La France truck from Minturn. That fire truck was used until 1982. Photo marked Plaintiffs exhibit E [#32] in the Bonar Pool Hall explosion and fire investigation.

Harold "Lefty" Stokes, July 1966. Mr. Stokes worked on the Homestake Dam project, along with Harry Snyder (Whitey), Kelly Bissell, Sy Piedmont (Project Manager), Chuck Kincaid, Van Wiley (Safety), Harry Lentz, Jack Trepto, Buster Beck (Drill & Powder Foreman). The work crews lived in trailer homes at Pando.
