Ida Oyler Herwick, wife of Josiah Herwick. She became a member of Pacific Circle, Women of Woodcraft, Circle No. 132 at Eagle, Colorado, on Dec. 16, 1898. She died at Grand Valley, Colorado (now Battlement Mesa, Colorado, on March 8, 1919. -- Carol Crawford McManus, from "Ida, her Labor of Love," 1999.

She married George Collett on Oct. 2, 1936 in Salida, Colo. She spent many years in the Eagle, Gypsum, and Glenwood Springs area of Colorado prior to moving to Clifton. Adrian Reynolds, Jr., in a studio wedding portrait. He married Rhoda May Wall on October 12, 1898, in Arkansas City, Kansas. Mr. Reynolds acquired the Eagle Valley Enterprise in 1918 and published it until 1947, when his daughter, Marilla Reynolds McCain, and her husband, Howard McCain, took over.
