36. Schlutter Place

The Schlutter Place (previously Frost Place) on Brush Creek, purchased by Fred and Helen Dice in spring 1950. The farmhouse had been remodeled. Sign reads, "Pair O Dice Mesa, Fred Dice, Joe Dice."
