Meeting minutes for the Neighbors of Woodcraft Kinnikinick Circle, District No. 12 from 1949. The Neighbors of Woodcraft were a fraternal benefit society. Originally located in Leadville, the headquarters was relocated to Portland, Oregon, in 1905, where it would remain through the 1970s. Alda Borah's map/art book, which she completed for her art class while attending the Eagle County High School. There are several hand drawn images of nature, as well as a map of Maine, and two maps showing the Roman Empire and ancient Greece around the Mediterranean Sea. Some of the drawings are dated from 1914.

An envelope addressed to Frank Edwin Grant. Frank "Ed" Edwin Grant was the younger brother of Mary (Grant) Borah. Ed worked for Alfred Borah for a number of years before moving to Utah. What is unique about this envelope is that it is addressed to Castle, Colorado, now the town of Eagle, dating this envelope to around 1887.

Many locals in the Brush Creek Valley and surrounding towns purchased items at the auction. A contour sketch map of the Eagle Vanadium Company's consolidated mines, located along Brush Creek. This map was created in August of 1915. Charles G. Walker, a mining engineer and surveyor, may have drawn the map. According to Alda Borah, Charles "Chas" G. Walker was in charge of surveying all the mines on Salt and Brush Creek.
